Opened in December 2012, the L’Éclair de Génie has chosen to startup in Paris. A historical city famous for its’ narrow streets and mansions, alongside with numerous restaurants, museums and designer shopping! L’Éclair de Génie was able to put these two elements together, by providing ‘Feast for your eyes and Delights to your taste buds’.
The success of Eclairs strikes like lighting in Paris, turning it into a global phenomenon, with 6 shops in Paris, 3 shops in Japan, and 1 in Korea. In the fall of 2015, Christophe Adam brought his delightful creations with him to Hong Kong in Pacific Place and Prince’s Building.
L’Éclair de Génie is a creative concept, mainly around one product, offering contemporary, rock’n’roll éclairs, that break the codes of traditional pastry. L’Eclair de Génie also offers a delicious range of grocery chocolates, a unique experience high in colors and tastes!
Christophe Adam insists on sourcing the best ingredients for locally and around the world, Hazelnuts and Sea Salt from specific region in France; pistachios from Iran, vanilla from Madagascar and coffee from Ethiopia. All of our chocolates are served in clear packaging, in order for you to see the fine quality. In addition, L’Eclair de Génie also provides Personalized Eclairs, Eclairs Tower and personalized hampers to make your event or gift very special.
